Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee facility maintenance, repair and housekeeping operations.
• Ensure upkeep and functionality of building exterior and interior, grounds, systems and storage.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs for equipment and assets including doors, carts, dollies, tools and ladders.
• Minimize disruptions through prioritization, scheduling and execution of maintenance activities.
• Uphold OSHA and hazmat standards to maintain a safe, compliant workplace.

• Manage preventive maintenance programs for equipment and operational assets, including doors, carts, dollies, tools, and ladders
• Minimize operational disruptions through effective prioritization, scheduling, and execution of preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance activities
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by upholding OSHA and HAZMAT standards and requirements

• This role entails prolonged standing, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing
