Schweitzer at Snowshoe Mountain in West Virginia is seeking a driven kitchen leader to supervise a diverse team and uphold high standards of quality. You will drive cost control, menu relevance, and safety compliance while coordinating promotions and events within a fast-paced resort kitchen.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in related roles, strong leadership and food-safety qualifications, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in a related kitchen role.
• Proven leadership to oversee up to 30 positions.
• Manage food cost and maintain margins.
• Intermediate food hygiene qualification.
• Proficient knife handling and culinary equipment operation.
• Knowledge of safe food handling practices.
• West Virginia Food Handlers Certificate required.
