Job summary

Snowshoe Mountain is hiring for a kitchen leadership role to oversee operations, monitor quality, and manage staff during busy seasonal periods.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, with culinary education preferred, and WV Food Handlers certification. Strong leadership, knife skills, and time management are essential to deliver safe, high-quality food.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Two+ years of post-high school education in culinary field is desirable.
• West Virginia Food Handlers Certificate is required.
• Proficient in knife handling and use of culinary equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations, quality, and administration.

• Manage food provision and compliance with regulations.
