You will coach and develop teams, analyze performance, coordinate with sales, operations, and service, and uphold RH merchandising standards while advancing safety and visual excellence.

This role requires adaptable leaders who can manage a dynamic schedule across all hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in retail (home furnishings preferred).

OUR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Lift and move items up to 50 lbs., using proper equipment and safety techniques
