In a fast-paced setting, you will optimize store performance, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and ensure merchandising and visibility align with outlet strategy.

• 3+ years leadership experience in retail, home furnishings preferred.

OUR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Lift and move items up to 50 lbs., using proper equipment and safety techniques
• Maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom
