Job summary

Discovery Land Company is seeking a Youth and Family Programming Instructor at Troubadour Golf & Field Club near Nashville to lead outdoor activities for Kids Camp and family programs.

You will supervise youth activities, run crafts, hikes, obstacle course events, and coordinate with parents and members. Must be 18+, flexible schedule; outdoor work in all weather; lift up to 50 pounds. This is a full-time hourly role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Ability to work in a team, maintaining safety and professionalism.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Physical demands: outdoors in all weather, standing/walking >8 hours, and lifting 50+ lbs.
• Experience with children preferred: teacher, daycare, youth leadership in a non-profit.

Responsibilities

• Leading/instructing individuals or groups in activities (obstacle course, inflatables, crafts, hikes).
• Cleaning, maintaining, and preparing equipment (crafts, etc.).
• Supervision of youth activities in Kids Camp.
• Facilitating games and activities; interacting with parents/membership.
• Event day help.
