SRM Concrete is seeking a Yard Team Member in Texas to keep our cement terminal clean, safe, and organized. You will perform outdoor general labor, assist with loading/unloading materials, and support plant operations with hands-on tasks in a dynamic environment.

The role emphasizes strong work ethic, teamwork, and reliability, with training provided and safety procedures strictly followed. This position offers steady daily hours and the opportunity to contribute to building communities.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and team player.
• Willing to train motivated individuals.
• Reliable transportation to the work site.

Responsibilities

• Keep yard and plant areas clean and organized by sweeping, shoveling, and general clean-up.
• Assist with loading and unloading construction materials from trucks and other vehicles.
• Support plant operations with manual labor wherever needed.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks like pressure washing and organizing supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisor when running low.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE at all times.
• Take on other duties to keep the plant running efficiently.
