SRM Concrete in Terrell, TX is seeking a Yard Team Member to keep the cement terminal clean, safe, and organized. The role is outdoors, hands‑on, and requires lifting up to 50 pounds, teamwork, and a readiness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Keep the yard and plant areas clean and organized.
• Assist with loading and unloading construction materials.
• Support plant operations with manual labor as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks (pressure washing, organizing supplies).
• Monitor inventory levels and report lows to supervisor.
• Follow all safety policies and use PPE at all times.
• Take on additional duties to maintain plant efficiency.
