Job summary

Peerless Fence Group is seeking an Operations Associate to support yard and shop operations, staging materials, paperwork, and local deliveries. You will help prep for installations, load and unload materials, and drive between facilities while prioritizing accuracy and safety.

The role requires a detail-oriented, self-starting candidate with a valid driver’s license and ability to operate in all weather conditions. Our team values safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have welding or fabrication experience.
• Attention to detail and adherence to internal processes.
• Positive driving record and safe work habits.
• Experience with computers or an order database.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and work outdoors year-round.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, stage, and load material required for next day’s project installations.
• Unload material from delivery trucks.
• Drive material to worksites or between operational facilities as needed.
