Job summary

Peerless Fence Group is seeking an Operations Associate to support the yard and shop, staging materials and handling local deliveries for multiple projects year-round. The role focuses on accuracy, organization, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

You will prep and stage materials, load and unload, and assist with daily schedules while adhering to safety protocols. A valid driver’s license and basic computer skills are required to manage paperwork and orders.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or service industries preferred.
• Ability to prep, stage, and load material for next day’s projects.
• Proven record of following safety protocols and maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, stage, and load material for next day’s project installations.
• Unload material from delivery trucks and drive to sites as needed.
• Support efficient daily operations in shop and yard facilities.
