Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, and help locate products.
• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Maintain knowledge of products and promotions and merchandise.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
• Help in other departments when needed.
• Perform daily cleaning (vacuuming, trash, sweeping).
• Operate computer systems and email as needed.
