Coastal Farm in Oregon City is seeking a Retail Associate to provide excellent customer service, assist customers, and maintain store standards. You will answer phones, coordinate merchandising, and support floor moves while ensuring product knowledge and promotions are communicated to customers.

Role involves daily housekeeping, operating the point of sale, and collaboration with associates across departments to meet sales goals. Prior retail experience and strong communication are valued.

• Perform daily cleaning - such as, but not limited to, vacuuming, replacing full trashes with new trash bags, and sweeping the department floor.
• Other duties assigned as needed.

Primary Purpose

To be responsible for maintaining customer service as per company standards, generating sales, housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, point of sale operations, processing freight, and loss prevention in adherence to all company policies and store standards.
