Job summary

Maddox Industrial Transformer is seeking a Yard Coordinator to manage outdoor yard operations, stocking transformers, and coordinating with logistics for shipments. You will operate heavy equipment, including a 50T mobile gantry crane and a 32,000 lb forklift, while maintaining safety and organization in the yard.

This full-time role offers a 4-day workweek, daytime hours from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM, potential overtime during peak seasons, and a comprehensive benefits package including

Qualifications

• Experience working outdoors in all seasons.
• Team player or able to work independently.
• Interest in operating heavy equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and safety orientation.

Responsibilities

• Stock transformers in the storage yard in an efficient and orderly manner.
• Load and unload flatbed trailers.
• Record shipment information with the Logistics Coordinator.
• Perform yard maintenance (oil spill cleanup, dragging the yard, picking up trash).
• Inspect forklifts and mobile gantry crane daily, monthly, and quarterly.
