Job summary

US Lumber, an SBP Brand, is seeking a Working Production Supervisor to oversee our wood processing production operations in a first shift role. You will monitor employees, organize workflows and ensure manufacturing remains smooth and efficient, with many responsibilities in outdoor environments.

You will lead a team to hit daily production goals, maximize production flow, manage inventory usage and waste, and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in Manufacturing Environment
• Basic Math and Analytical Skills
• Must be willing to work in and tolerate outdoor environments in all seasons of the year.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and direction for a wood processing production team
• Be held accountable to attain daily production goals, manufacturing efficiencies and product quality. Organize machinery placement to maximize production flow
• Manage inventory usage and waste. Be creative in utilizing all the material
• Be responsible for employee safety and direct a strong focus in maintaining a safe, clean & organized work environment
• Handle multiple projects and see projects through to a successful conclusion
