Window Genie is hiring for a general laborer role that supports outdoor cleaning and enhancement services. You’ll learn window cleaning, pressure washing, holiday lighting, gutter cleaning, and window tinting as part of our training program.

The job emphasizes customer interaction, on-site service delivery, and hands-on work at various customer locations. Training will cover all steps of the Window Genie process, with safety and teamwork at the core.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physically demanding outdoor work.
• Ability to interact with customers in a professional manner.
• Willingness to learn window cleaning, pressure washing, lighting and tinting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide window cleaning, pressure washing, holiday lighting, gutter cleaning, or window tinting services to customers.
• Create a positive customer experience by explaining services, collecting payments, and seeking feedback/reviews.
• Maintain and transport equipment, ensuring it remains clean and functional.
