Job summary

Window Genie is hiring a general labor position with training on window cleaning, pressure washing, holiday lighting and gutter cleaning. You will work outdoors, travel locally, and interact with customers to ensure quality service along homes and businesses.

We provide hands-on training and supervision to learn the Window Genie Way, maintain equipment, and deliver excellent customer experiences while growing with a flexible, outdoor-focused role.

Qualifications

• No college degree required.
• No high school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to learn and train on the Window Genie Way.

Responsibilities

• Provide Various Services – window cleaning, pressure washing, holiday lighting, gutter cleaning, or window tinting, to directly serve customers.
• Create a Great Customer Experience – perform walk-throughs, collect payments, request reviews, and suggest additional services.
• Maintain Equipment – keep tools and gear clean and in working order.
