Job summary

Window Genie in the United States is seeking a general laborer/window cleaner to join our team. You’ll learn window cleaning, pressure washing, holiday lighting, gutter cleaning, and window tinting, with hands-on training and coaching.

This role is outdoors, travels locally, and interacts with customers; you’ll handle payments after service and have opportunities to earn more through commission-based pay as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• No college degree required; equivalent experience considered.
• Must be comfortable with heights—ladder work up to 20 feet.
• Willing to travel locally for work.
• Excellent customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide services: window cleaning, pressure washing, holiday lighting, gutter cleaning, and window tinting for customers.
• Create a great customer experience: collect payments, conduct walkthroughs, request reviews, and suggest additional services.
• Maintain and keep equipment clean and in good working order.
