Job summary

Northwest Exterminating in the Atlanta area is hiring for an entry-level outdoor service role. You’ll help customers, perform wildlife exclusion and pest removal, and learn on a comprehensive training program.

A valid driver’s license and willingness to work in the field are required. We offer competitive pay of $18–$20 per hour, a company vehicle, cell phone, and a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

Responsibilities

• Build strong connections with customers to create “Customers for Life.”
• Provide wildlife exclusion and removal services at customer locations.
• Follow a service schedule within your territory and meet monthly sales goals.
• Collaborate with customer service, sales, and management for excellent service.
• Prioritize safety when handling company equipment and vehicles.
