Job summary

Augment is hiring Landfill Laborers (Carrier, MS) to support daily operations at an outdoor landfill site. This hands-on role involves physical tasks, working in all weather, and contributing to a safe, organized site. The position offers steady full-time hours, with weekly pay and a safety-first culture.

Ideal candidates will be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work as part of a team, and pass a drug screen and background check. Prior sanitation or general labor experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Outdoor, physical work requiring stamina.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Pick up windblown debris and litter around the landfill and fence lines.
• Direct traffic and guide commercial vehicles safely within the landfill.
• Assist with the cleanup and maintenance of work areas, roadways, and equipment.
• Perform general labor tasks such as shoveling, raking, sweeping, and minor repairs.
