Augment in Naples, FL is seeking a Landfill Laborer to support daily operations at an outdoor site. This hands-on role offers steady full-time hours, weekly pay, and the chance to stay active through physical work.

You will perform debris removal, traffic direction, area cleanup, and basic repairs while adhering to safety protocols. Drug screening and background checks are required; prior experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physically capable of standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and work in a team.
• Must pass a drug screening and background check.
• Prior general labor experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily tasks to keep the site clean, organized, and operating safely.
• Direct traffic and guide commercial vehicles within the landfill.
• Assist with cleanup and maintenance of work areas, roadways, and equipment.
• Perform general labor such as shoveling, raking, sweeping.
• Report hazards or equipment issues to the site supervisor.
• Help ensure environmental and safety regulations are followed.
• Assist scale house or equipment operators as needed.
