Augment is seeking Landfill Laborers in Washington, PA to support daily outdoor operations at a busy site. You’ll perform varied tasks to keep areas clean, organized, and safe while contributing to essential waste-management activities.

This role offers steady, full-time hours with weekly pay and a strong safety-first culture. Experience in general labor is helpful, but not required; willingness to perform outdoor work in all weather is essential.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and use basic tools.
• Must pass a drug screening and background check.
• Prior experience in general labor is a plus but not required.
• Follow safety protocols at all times and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support daily tasks to keep the site clean, organized and operating safely.
• Direct traffic and guide commercial vehicles within the landfill.
• Assist with cleanup and maintenance of work areas, roadways and equipment.
• Perform general labor such as shoveling, raking, sweeping, and minor repairs.
• Report hazards or equipment issues to the site supervisor.
• Assist scale house or equipment operators as needed.
