Job summary

Augment in Little Rock, AR is hiring a Landfill Laborer to support daily operations at our waste management site. This hands-on, outdoor role is physical and role-models a safety-first culture. You’ll help keep the site clean, direct traffic, and perform general labor tasks with a team that values reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and use tools.
• Willingness to work in a team and follow safety protocols.
• Prior general labor, landscaping, construction, or sanitation experience is a plus.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Support daily tasks to keep the landfill site clean and safe.
• Direct traffic and guide commercial vehicles within the landfill.
• Assist with cleanup and maintenance of work areas, roadways, and equipment.
• Perform general labor tasks such as shoveling, raking, sweeping, and minor repairs.
• Report hazards or equipment issues to the site supervisor.
