Job summary

Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC is hiring a General Laborer to perform hands-on tasks in our warehouse and outdoor facilities. You will move products, load trucks, assist with loading bulk trucks, and stack products on pallets while maintaining safety and cleanliness. This role requires the ability to read, write and speak English, a valid U.S.

driver's license, and the willingness to work in variable weather. Forklift operation is preferred, and Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation is preferred.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Spanish language skills are valuable.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
• Must meet legal age requirement for operating moving vehicles/heavy equipment.
• Drug test and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Move products within the facility.
• Load trucks.
• Assist the Blender Operator with loading bulk trucks.
• Hang super sacks for loading.
• Stack products on pallets.
• Provide general maintenance and cleaning.
• May operate a company vehicle.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain reliable attendance.
