Job summary

Global Resource Solutions, Inc. (GRS) seeks a Shift Supervisor to oversee visitor operations at Arlington National Cemetery.

The role includes supervising visitor screening, information assistance, and traffic control, ensuring SOPs are followed and safety is maintained. Candidates should meet education/experience requirements, possess a valid driver's license if driving government vehicles, and be able to work outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and understand English fluently.
• Possess state motor vehicle licenses or certifications for operating equipment.
• Mobile Shift Supervisors driving government-provided vehicles must have a valid license and clean driving record.
• Ability to walk throughout the facility, stand for long periods, and operate outdoors in all weather.
• Criminal records check is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision of visitor screening and information assistance services at the Welcome Center.
• Provide mobile supervision of information assistance and traffic control personnel.
• Supervise contractor employees and ensure contract requirements are met.
• Ensure pedestrian and vehicular safety throughout the facility.
