Job summary

Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee staff, schedules and daily activities across facilities maintenance. You will coach staff, review performance, and ensure work conforms to standards while managing inventory and reporting.

The role requires hands-on HVAC/Carpentry/Plumbing/Electrical skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work in a loud, outdoor environment. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 2 years supervisory experience required.
• 2 years HVAC, Carpentry, Plumbing and Electrical system experience required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Technical or vocational training in maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, train, coach and evaluate staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Direct daily work activities and inspect work activities for conformance to standards.
• Hold staff meetings as needed.
• Monitor inventory and make purchasing recommendations.
• Prepare shift reports and recordkeeping.
• Assist staff with work activities.
• Supervise maintenance work at the outdoor concert venue.
