Job summary

IAA Holdings, LLC, a RB Global, Inc. company, is hiring a Yard Attendant to be the first point of contact in our facility. You will help with vehicle check-in, prepare cars for auction, and move vehicles safely around the yard.

This outdoor role demands physical stamina and attention to safety. You should enjoy working in the elements and have knowledge of cars, with some mechanical aptitude preferred. Candidates must have a high school diploma and a valid driver's license; teamwork and strong

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Physical demands include lifting up to 100 lbs and outdoor work in all weather.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible to operate a motor vehicle.
• Experience with cars or basic mechanical knowledge is a plus.
• Teamwork is essential to our success.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle check-in by recording and filing information for vehicles at the facility.
• Detail vehicles to improve appearance and value for auction.
• Operate passenger vehicles safely to move them around the facility or during drive-through auctions.
• Recover keys, license plates, and other items from vehicles and store them properly.
• Assist visitors with guidance and direct them to the appropriate person.
• Train and develop on-the-job in forklift and loader operation.
