Job summary

IAA Holdings, LLC (IAA) is seeking a Yard Staff member to support outdoor vehicle operations and auctions. You will ensure safe handling, perform detailed cleaning, check vehicles in, and assist visitors with direction to the right staff.

Training for forklift and loader operation is provided to grow within the role. The position requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather with a team‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Physical duties; outdoor work in all weather; safety first.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and a passion for cars are essential.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle as required.
• Automotive repair or rental/construction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check-in vehicles by recording information for the facility.
• Detail and thoroughly clean vehicles to improve appearance for auction.
• Safely operate passenger vehicles around the facility and at drive‑through auctions.
• Recover keys, license plates and other items and store them properly.
• Assist visitors by guiding them to the appropriate staff.
• Train on-the-job in forklift and loader operation.
