Job summary

IAA Holdings, LLC is seeking Yard Staff to support operations at our facility. This role involves vehicle check-in, thorough detailing, and safe movement of vehicles around the yard and during drive-through auctions.

Candidates should be comfortable outdoors in all weather, with a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license. Basic automotive knowledge and strong teamwork are highly valued for safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• There are physical demands of this role; this is not a desk job.
• Upbeat demeanor to ensure positive customer interactions.
• Knowledge about cars or general mechanical knowledge is a fit.
• Teamwork is essential for success and safety.

Responsibilities

• Check-in vehicles by recording and filing information for the facility.
• Detail and clean vehicles to improve appearance and value at auction.
• Operate passenger vehicles safely around the facility and at drive-through auctions.
• Recover keys, license plates, and other items from vehicles and store properly.
• Assist visitors and provide guidance to the appropriate staff.
• Train on the job in forklift and loader operation.
