Pick Your Part Southeast LLC is seeking an Outside Car Checker / Inventory Clerk to document purchased vehicles, photograph them, and record details in our systems. The role blends yard work with office tasks to support compliant inventory and efficient operations.

The candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working outdoors and indoors in a fast-paced environment. Prior inventory or automotive experience is a plus; HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required and 1–3 years in inventory control or related field.
• Automotive or salvage industry experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist vehicle intake by documenting inventory, taking photos, and recording VINs.
• Enter and maintain vehicle data and inventory in company databases.
• Create and update reports to support operations and procurement.
• Coordinate with vendors for orders, deliveries, and inventory availability.
• Maintain organized records and respond to internal inventory requests.
• Follow safety policies and maintain a clean work area.
