Pick Your Part Central LLC seeks an Outside Car Checker / Inventory Clerk in Tulsa to document vehicle intake, photograph vehicles, and accurately inventory parts. The role combines outdoor yard work with office data entry, ensuring VINs are recorded and records are kept up to date.

You will support procurement and operational tasks, manage inventories, and communicate with multiple teams while maintaining safety and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of experience in inventory control, automotive, administrative support, procurement, or a related field preferred.
• Automotive or salvage industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive purchased vehicles and document intake, verifying details.
• Verify VINs and record information in company systems.
• Photograph exterior, interior, and key components of vehicles.
• Inspect and inventory parts and components for each vehicle.
• Document high‑value cores, hybrid batteries, catalytic converters, and recalled airbags as applicable.
• Inspect for dents, scratches, or missing parts and record findings.
• Apply barcodes, stock numbers, and tracking labels.
• Transfer all documentation, photos, and keys to the appropriate departments.
• Enter and maintain vehicle and inventory data in databases.
• Create/update spreadsheets and reports to support operations.
• Assist with inventory audits and procurement records.
