ODORZX is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a diverse team in a fast-paced outdoor environment, handling daily objectives and client interactions. You will supervise scheduling, ensure safety and quality standards, and drive growth opportunities within the team.

This role involves standing, walking, and working in varied weather. A minimum supervision experience and ability to manage multiple tasks is required, with significant interaction with the client on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive technician, detailer, or related fields preferred.
• Supervisor experience required 1–3 years.
• Knowledge of various cleaning equipment.
• Flexibility to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner.
• Deadline- and detail-oriented.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Professionalism, accountability, and ownership.
• Must meet insurance requirements: 18+, 1 year driving experience, valid license, US work authorization, reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Clean interior and exterior of automotive vehicles.
• Check in vehicles and create incident reports digitally.
• Transport vehicles to designated areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment to meet standards.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Meet processing and standardization minimums.
• Maintain labor control and communicate with client.
