One Call Concepts Locating Services, Inc. in Maryland Heights, MO is hiring a Utility Locator. This full-time role involves responding to marking requests, using locating equipment, and accurately marking underground facilities.

Work hours are 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday, with on-call and occasional after-hours as needed. You will interact with homeowners, excavators, and utility personnel, and must pass background and drug screenings. Training is provided.

Formación

• Background screening will be conducted prior to employment.
• Pre-employment drug screening is required.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Familiarity with computers and ability to navigate a file system.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Attend and complete in-house training.
• Walk on varying terrain including roadside and construction areas.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs when accessing manholes and valve pits.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to utility marking requests via MO State One Call System.
• Use utility locating equipment to mark underground facilities accurately.
• Access records and plans on a laptop and document work in the ticket system.
• Interact daily with homeowners, excavators and utility personnel.
• Adhere to company policies and customer regulations.
