Job summary

Eocene Environmental Group, Inc. is seeking a Consulting Utility Forester to manage vegetation for power utility clients across diverse landscapes. The role is field-based, requiring travel to job sites with a strong emphasis on safety and quality data collection.

You will conduct tree inventories, hazard evaluations, and plan work for contractors while coordinating with property owners and public agencies. ISA certification is encouraged within 12 months.

Qualifications

• Degree in forestry or related field; ISA certification within 12 months.
• Experience in utility vegetation management preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tree and brush inventories.
• Perform hazard tree inspections and evaluations.
• Plan work for contractors and crews.
• Coordinate with property owners and public agencies.
