Job summary

Xylem Tree Experts seeks a Foreperson to coordinate crews, manage equipment, and ensure jobs meet contract specifications. You will plan daily tasks, supervise performance, and maintain safe practices on site, including PPE enforcement and equipment maintenance.

The role requires outdoor work, ability to travel for storm restoration, and prior vegetation management experience. A high school diploma is preferred, with background/drug checks and E-Verify compliance as part of hiring.

Qualifications

• Experience in electric utility vegetation management or related fields preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate crew members, equipment, and supplies to complete jobs per contract specs.
• Enforce safe practices and ensure PPE is worn at all times.
• Direct tasks, supervise performance, and organize daily work plan.
• Notify property owners and obtain access for trimming/removal work.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets job specifications and inform customer.
