Job summary

Xylem Tree Experts is seeking a Foreperson to coordinate crews and equipment for vegetation management projects in Colorado. You will direct daily tasks, plan work sequences, and ensure safety practices and PPE compliance on all sites.

The role requires potential travel for storm work, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass background and drug screening. Company provides health insurance and a 401K option.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in electric utility vegetation management, construction, logging, landscaping, mechanical, or military industries preferred.
• High School diploma or education equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen as required for this job.
• Must have and maintain a Driver's License and be able to safely drive a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate crew, equipment, tools, and supplies to complete jobs per contract specifications.
• Direct and supervise crew performance and assign specific tasks.
• Plan and execute work safely and efficiently.
• Ensure PPE is used and safety practices followed on site.
• Inspect work to specifications and communicate completion to customer.
• Maintain time and equipment records and vehicle inventories.
• Respond to emergencies and storm work as needed.
