Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is hiring for an Entry-level Groundperson to join our outdoor crews. On-the-job training is provided, and this is a great entry point to a career in the line clearance industry.

We offer competitive hourly pay starting at 21.80 per hour, full-time, non-exempt status, and a benefits package including retirement plan and health insurance. Must be 18+ and willing to work in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Entry-level position; no experience required.
• Driver's License preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate chainsaw to cut brush, logs, and stumps of larger trees.
• Drag, gather, and feed brush into a woodchipper.
• Services vehicles and equipment, maintaining them in neat, clean, and specified mechanical order.
