Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Protector to work with a team at job sites, ensuring safety and traffic control. Training is provided, and no prior experience or degree is required. The role involves setting up cones, signs, barricades, and managing traffic with stop/slow paddles.

Physical duties include standing or walking for extended periods and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Steel-toe boots are required and safety gear is supplied.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work outside for long durations.
• Ability to lift 40–50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in traffic and diverse weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule and punctuality.
• Ability to pass drug screening; safety awareness and respect towards coworkers and the public are essential.

Responsibilities

• Set up cones, signs, and barricades to guide traffic.
• Manage traffic flow using stop/slow paddles.
• Maintain safety protocols and communicate with team members.
• Keep equipment clean and in good condition.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions; stand or walk for long periods.
• Occasionally work nights or weekends when required.
