Job summary

Park Inc. is seeking individuals to join our traffic control team at UNCC in Charlotte, NC. This part-time role focuses on directing traffic, setting up signs and barricades, and coordinating with drivers and pedestrians to ensure safety.

The position offers outdoor work in various weather conditions, flexible hours, and a friendly team environment designed to support growth and reliability. Training is provided, and punctuality is essential for all shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods (8–10 hours).
• Commitment to attendance and punctuality.
• Able to direct traffic using signs and signals outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic flow safely and efficiently at designated areas using hand signals and signs.
• Manage traffic control equipment, including signs, barricades, and other devices.
• Interact courteously with drivers, pedestrians, and event attendees.
• Ensure punctual and consistent attendance during scheduled shifts.
• Assist with additional tasks to maintain traffic order.
