Job summary

Cable Services Company is seeking personnel for field telecom construction in Scranton, PA area. You will handle routine tasks, stock materials, organize tools, and assist with traffic control and safety inspections.

Travel to project sites and overnight stays may be required, with hotel expenses covered. The role requires high school diploma, at least two years of driving experience, and a commitment to safety including DOT physical and drug testing.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have at least two years' driving experience with no major driving infractions in the last three years.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and criminal background screen.
• Complete and pass a DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine construction-related activities such as pulling a rope, climbing ladders, using common hand tools, digging with a shovel, cable handling, and general clean up.
• Stock truck with materials to ensure adequate supply for daily work assignments.
• Organize materials, tools and equipment.
• Set up traffic control signs and cones.
• Flag and/or direct traffic as needed.
• Complete daily equipment safety inspections and maintenance checks.
• Perform work in a safe manner and comply with all safety policies.
• Perform other duties to help the team complete projects.
