Job summary

A youth sports organization is looking for Summer Baseball Coaches in Brooklyn, NY, to lead youth baseball and softball camps. Coaches will help run drills, teach fundamentals to children aged 4-13, and support camp operations in a positive environment. This role offers a great opportunity to connect with a community of young athletes, work outdoors, and inspire children to develop their skills and sportsmanship. The position pays between $17.25 and $23 per hour, depending on experience and commitment from July 6 to August 21.

Qualifications

• Experience with children aged 4–13.
• Ability to create a safe and welcoming environment.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Help run baseball drills and competitions.
• Teach proper baseball fundamentals.
• Support daily camp operations under the Site Director.
