Job summary

GO Car Wash in Round Rock, TX is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help run day-to-day operations at the site. You’ll support the Site General Manager, ensure service standards, safety and inventory processes, and contribute to a convenient, high-quality car wash experience for customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 6 months of management experience in a service-related business is required.
• Car wash experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site General Manager with all daily car wash operations.
• Help with hiring, training, coaching, and developing our Teammates to perform their jobs well.
• Ensure inventory, equipment, site, service and safety standards are met to deliver a high-quality car wash experience.
• Address customer claims when they occur.
• Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales growth.
