Job summary

GO Car Wash in Texas is hiring an Assistant General Manager for an outdoor, active site. You will assist the Site General Manager with daily car wash operations, ensure safety standards, and help manage inventory and equipment while supervising teammates.

You’ll hire, train, coach, and develop staff, set the example for customer service, and work to drive sales growth across the site. Health, 401(k), PTO and free car washes are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of management experience in a service-related business.
• Car wash experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Site General Manager with daily car wash operations.
• Help meet inventory, equipment, site, service and safety standards.
• Assist with hiring, training, coaching, and developing teammates.
• Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales growth.
