Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with 3+ years driving experience.
• Clean driving record for 3 years; 5+ years acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Ability to operate and maintain equipment for septic system servicing.
• Physical fitness for manual labor outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual labor: digging, lifting, operating tools, grading, and preparing sites.
• Install septic systems: excavate, lay pipes, connect tanks and drain fields per permits and regulations.
• Inspect systems, diagnose issues, and recommend solutions.
• Maintain tools and equipment, reporting repair needs.
• Follow all safety protocols and proper waste handling.
• Communicate with clients, team members, and regulatory authorities.
