HomeTeam Pest Defense is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to reach homeowners, present solutions, and build lasting relationships in your assigned area. Training is provided, and the role emphasizes outdoor work, motivation, and independent work habits.

Average earnings are highlighted at $55K–$75K annually with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• No experience required – training will be provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services with current and potential customers
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently
• Do you like working outside and meeting new people?
