Qualifications

• Ability to measure distances and set stakes for grading.
• Wet/dusty outdoor work with manual duties.
• Ability to lead a small crew and work without close supervision.
• Experience assisting paving, drainage, and concrete-related tasks.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Support infrastructure projects including road repairs, paving, and drainage.
• Help with site clean-up and material handling.
• Assist in setting pumps and well-points where needed.
• Direct other laborers to dump concrete and maintain grades.
• Operate small power tools and assist heavy equipment operators when required.
