Qualifications

• Measure distance from grade stakes and set lines according to specs.
• Level earth to grade specifications with shovel and prepare sub grades.
• Direct other laborers in dumping concrete into forms and assist where needed.
• May assist heavy construction equipment operator in aligning and moving equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support road repairs, paving, drainage systems and site cleanup.
• Occasionally lead a labor crew and plan routine tasks with minimal supervision.
• Work in a concrete paving crew to ensure correct grade is met.
• Perform physical, outdoor, hands-on duties in all weather conditions.
