Housing Trust Group, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the property's exterior and support staff in a fast-paced environment. The role is hourly and includes benefits and paid time off.

The Groundskeeper will perform general maintenance duties, monitor safety, and ensure trash and debris are kept to a minimum while keeping outdoor lighting, landscaping, and common areas orderly.

Qualifications

• You must meet all physical requirements and be able to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Check and replace exterior lighting regularly.
• Maintain pool (if certified) and pool area.
• Keep safety precautions at all times.
• Clean and maintain the property exterior and building areas.
• Respond to service requests from head/maintenance manager.
