Position Title: Outdoor Program Challenge Course Facilitator.

Individual will be responsible for leading group initiatives on the Outdoor Program Challenge Course. This position includes prep, setup, take down, safety, and group orientation. This position also requires some knowledge of challenge course operation and facilitation.

• This is a pooled position. Applicants are selected from the pool as positions become available. After a period of time the pool will expire and applicants will be notified.

Required Qualifications

• Experience working with groups in a challenge course or a challenge education setting
• CPR /AED and Standard First Aid certifications are required prior to working at the OP.

Preferred Qualifications

• Seeking applicants with excellent group dynamics, excellent communication skills, experience working with groups in a challenge course or a challenge education setting.
• CPR /AED and Standard First Aid certifications are required prior to working at the OP.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal communication and relational service skills.
