As an Outdoor Program Rental Technician, you will be responsible for checking‑out, checking‑in, inspecting, cleaning, and maintaining outdoor equipment, as well as registering participants for adventure programs. You must have a strong interest in outdoor recreation, experience working with outdoor equipment, the ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
This position requires climbing, balancing, lifting, reaching, and repetitive hand movements. Medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds occasionally, up to 30 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds constantly.
Ability to perceive color, depth, and field of vision is required to prepare and analyze data, transcribe, use a computer terminal, and read extensively. Visual acuity is required to determine accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of custodial work and general observations of structures.
The worker is subject to environmental conditions, hazards, atmospheric conditions, and may need to operate in narrow aisles or passageways.
