Job summary

Specialty Granules LLC is seeking hardworking Production Associates at its Blue Ridge Summit, PA plant. Training is provided and overtime is common. Responsibilities include outdoor general labor, contributing to safety and quality, and assisting with maintenance as needed.

Starting rate is $24.75 per hour with a $1.10 overnight shift differential, plus a $300 yearly boot reimbursement. Full benefits from day one and 401K with immediate vesting are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old and have a High School diploma or GED.
• Heavy industrial manufacturing experience or construction background preferred but not required.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor to support production demand and maintain plant housekeeping outdoors.
• Assist assigned department to deliver high quality products while meeting safety standards.
• Operate mobile equipment after on‑the‑job training (e.g., skid steers, loaders, trucks).
• Participate in routine plant maintenance on down days and aid in cleaning and repairs as directed.
